<p>The device (1) has a motor (2), and a drum (5) for receiving and outputting of spring shaft (6). A chamber (10) in which multiple rollers with axes are arranged, where the rollers act radially on the shaft. The axes are arranged with radial distance from axis of the shaft. One of the rollers is supported in a bearing support whose radial distance is changeable from the axis of the shaft by an adjustment knob (11). A rotational torque limiting device is arranged between the knob and the support, where radial forces of the roller are limited to a maximum value by the limiting device.</p> |
