PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens driving device which reduces assembly man-hour and improves assembling accuracy, while improving quality.SOLUTION: The lens driving device (2) includes a stepping motor (6), and a conversion mechanism (conversion mechanism part 12) converting rotation of the stepping motor to a moving direction (10) of a lens holder (8) on a base member (4). The stepping motor (6) is constituted by directly attaching an outer yoke (14) to the base member (4). Any means such as welding, adhesive or screwing may be used for directly attaching the outer yoke to the base member.
