PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizing plate bonding precision inspection method and a bonding precision inspection device capable of inspecting the bonding misalignment amount of a polarizing plate formed by being bonded to a liquid crystal panel while cutting off a long master polarizing plate and simultaneously inspecting the size and the perpendicularity of the polarizing plate.SOLUTION: The polarizing plate bonding precision inspection method includes: an observation step in which all four corners of the polarizing plate 3 bonded to the liquid crystal panel 2 are observed; and a computation step in which observation data obtained in the observation step are used to compute the misalignment amount, size, and perpendicularity of the polarizing plate 3.
