The method involves connecting connection pieces and/or Velcro(RTM: hook and loop fastener) pieces, which are adhered together with a Velcro(RTM: hook and loop fastener) coating, with a connecting link as a pre-assembled unit in an opening position or with a package wall. The connection pieces and/or Velcro(RTM: hook and loop fastener) pieces are connected with the wall or the link by closing the link by a layer made of adhesive (22), where the layers are attached at outer sides of the Velcro(RTM: hook and loop fastener) pieces. An independent claim is also included for a device for manufacturing packages i.e. tobacco bag packages.
