<p>A video apparatus includes a first and second video output devices (11, 12) and a video display device (21), the first video output device (11) transmits information regarding a CC or closed caption display condition to the second output device (12) through a CEC communication unit (116, 216, 126) when switching over from the first output device to the second output device, in consequence, the second video output device can continue to display the CC or closed caption display condition, therefore, it is not required to set the CC or closed caption display once again by a user when switching over the video output device to another.</p> |
