The cylinder has tubular upper inlets (TES1, TES2), a tubular upper outlet (TSS1), a tubular lower inlet (TIE) and tubular lower outlets (TIS1, TIS2) extended at cylinder interior in form of bend/straight projections. The inlets and the outlets are connected to branches of heat energy or air conditioning circuits and user circuits via upper external ends of the inlets and the outlets and connected to the bend projection of a feedback branch of one of the user circuits via lower ends of the inlets and the outlets to allow similar temperature between one of the inlets and one of the outlets.
