The method involves manufacturing a row of boreholes (26) in a glass wall (10), where the position of the boreholes is corresponded in a carrier rail (15). The carrier rail and the counter rail are prepared at the glass wall, where the screws (16) are provided with shafts (16b) which have an undersize against the diameter of the boreholes. An independent claim is also included for a carrier rail with a carrying structure.
