<p>The method for discontinuously refilling a selenium evaporation chamber, comprises filling a metering container (2) in a prechamber (1) with selenium (14) over a lockable opening (13), closing the lockable opening after filling the metering container, generating a vacuum, liquefying the selenium over a heater (5), opening a heated vacuum slide between the prechamber and a heated casting chamber, where the metering container is pushed into the casting chamber, and transferring the selenium into a heated funnel by rotating or opening the metering container. The method for discontinuously refilling a selenium evaporation chamber, comprises filling a metering container (2) in a prechamber (1) with selenium (14) over a lockable opening (13), closing the lockable opening after filling the metering container, generating a vacuum, liquefying the selenium over a heater (5), opening a heated vacuum slide between the prechamber and a heated casting chamber, where the metering container is pushed into the casting chamber, transferring the selenium into a heated funnel by rotating or opening the metering container, opening a heated vacuum slide between the casting chamber and a heated evaporation chamber, and transferring the selenium from the funnel into a selenium evaporator over a funnel in the evaporation chamber. The prechamber and/or the casting chamber are heated at 150-250[deg] C. The prechamber, the casting chamber and/or the evaporator chamber are evacuated at less than 10 -> 3>bar. The evaporation chamber is heated at 200-250[deg] C. An independent claim is included for a device for discontinuously refilling a selenium evaporation chamber.</p> |
