<p>The present invention relates to wrist exercise equipment, which enables the concentrated training and strengthening of the muscles at the wrist joint, and comprises: a horizontal portion including a coupling pin fixed thereto, and having an upper spring holder formed thereon for fixing a spring to either end portion of the horizontal portion; and a handle portion rotatably fixed to the coupling pin. The handle portion comprises: a casing having a pin through-hole into which one end portion of the coupling pin is inserted, and a female spline formed inside the bottom portion thereof; a spring, which is inserted into the casing and has an upper bent portion formed at the top thereof which is coupled to the upper spring holder; and a strength-adjusting portion. The strength-adjusting portion comprises: a lower spring holder coupled to the lower spring holder of the spring; a male spline formed so as to correspond to the female spline in the bottom of the lower spring holder; and a wrench slot formed in the center of the bottom portion of the casing and exposed through the bottom portion. The angle of rotation of the handle portion is limited by a rotation limiter formed between the casing and the horizontal portion.</p> |
