Disclosed are compounds of Formula I or a tautomer or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein W is selected from one of the structures depicted and the remaining substituents are as defined in the specification. Also disclosed are their use as protein tyrosine kinase inhibitors, in particular c-fms kinase inhibitors, and their use in treating inflammation, cancer and cardiovascular disease.
