Disclosed is the use of a compound selected from the group consisting of Roflumilast,(also known as 3-(cyclopropylmethoxy)-N-(3,5-dichloropyridin-4-yl)-4-difluoromethoxy)benzamide) a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of Roflumilast, Roflumilast-N-Oxide and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of Roflumilast-N-Oxide in combination with SILDENAFIL (also known as 1-[4-ethoxy-3-(6,7-dihydro-1-methyl-7-oxo-3-propyl-1H-pyrazolo[4,3-d]pyrimidin-5-yl)phenylsulfonyl]-4-methylpiperazine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof for the production of a pharmaceutical composition, combination product or kit for the preventive or curative treatment of pulmonary hypertension.
