The invention relates to a continuously adjustable voltage source meant to supply test-specific assemblies in electrical engineering laboratories. According to the invention, the voltage source consists of a magnetic core (1) with two columns, on one of said columns there being placed a primary winding split into two fixed semi-coils (2' and 2'') which are serially connected and located at the extremities of the column, and a short-circuit mobile secondary winding (3) which, in its extreme positions is concentric with one of the two identical semi-coils (2' and 2''), while, on the second column there is placed an auxiliary winding (4) which is serially connected with one of the two fixed semi-coils (2'), said winding (4) compensating the bottoming voltage corresponding to the zero position of the adjustable source. |
