The Design consists of the features of shape, pattern and configuration of the label pad shown in the drawings, each label having a generally rectangular, planar body with a perforated line defining an end portion and a border about the generally rectangular, planar body. Two variants are shown. The first variant is shown in Figures 1 to 7.
