Round hay bale pickup and transport trailer

A round bale trailer with two wheels 2 and towable chassis 1 has a concave bale support frame 3 that can be tilted on the chassis between an upright position in which the trailer can be backed so that the frame surrounds the upright bale 7 and a laydown position in which the frame supports and cradles the bale on the trailer. The frame is pivoted by operation of a winch 4, and a tie 8 is provided to tie the bale against the frame.
