<p>The invention relates to a process for preparing food colloids and to an installation for applying said process. The claimed process consists in a first stage of purifying the demineralized water with the view of retaining the mechanical residues, heavy metals, chlorine and decreasing the water hardness, thereafter the water is subjected to filtration, the demineralized water, which is further sterilized, resulting thereby, then the purified water is distilled in two stages in the presence of a vegetable mixture, the resulting vapours being condensed to result distilled water with a concentration of 100...120 ppm deuterium, said distilled water being possibly energized, magnetized then energized and molecularly structured, there resulting a colloidal solution having a colloid size of 1...100 nm. The claimed installation comprises a device (A) for purifying the water, a device (B) with reverse osmosis filters for demineralization, a sterilization device (C), a first distillation device (D1), a second distillation device (D2) with a vaporization column (16), a pulse generator (22) and a device for producing the colloids (H).</p> |
