The sensor has two electric wires (7), where each wire comprises an end connected to a temperature sensitive element (5) i.e. thermistor, to transfer information provided by the element to a processing unit. Disjoined cylindrical insulating sheaths (11, 13) comprise two passage channels, respectively for the electric wires, such that one of the insulating sheaths is arranged near the sensitive element, and the other insulating sheath progresses along the sensor. The former sheath is integrated with the sensitive element by cement i.e. adhesive cement.
