The device has a blade (100) inserted in a direction of its width in notches (32) that are practiced with respect to each other in shrouds of the blade of a mobile wheel (10) of a turbine engine. A flat plate includes folded ends adapted to an element section (30). One of the folded ends of the plate has a plate extending in a manner perpendicular to the plate and intended to intercalate tangentially between side edges of the elements carried by the shrouds of the blades. The blades are made of composite material with ceramic matrix. The plate is made of metal. An independent claim is also included for an element for a mobile wheel of a turbine engine, comprising an element section.
