The washer (1) has an external groove (2) and an internal groove (3) separated from determined distance considered along height of the washer in its non deformed state, where distance along height of the washer between two edges of the groove defines thickness of the groove. Bottom parts of the grooves are arranged along a virtual right cylinder. Material zones separating the bottom parts from the grooves are sheared under compressive stress of the grooves by tightening. An end of the washer is provided with a circular bevel (4) provided in an edge of a central opening.
