N-[6-phenyl-pyrimidin-4-yl]-amides and urea derivatives as inhibitors of protein kinases

Disclosed are N-[6-phenyl-pyrimidin-4-yl]-amides and urea derivatives as represented by the general formula (I), wherein A is N; B is CH, C(alkyl) or C(NH2); Ra is H or methyl; R2 represents H; x is 1 or 2; and wherein the remaining substituents are as defined herein. Further disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition which comprises a compound as defined above as an active ingredient together with a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient or diluent, for the treatment or prevention of a disease or condition selected from pain, inflammatory disorders, proliferative diseases, immunological diseases, infectious diseases, cardiovascular diseases and neurodegenerative diseases.
