The device (1) a storage vessel (4) arranged in a base body (2), and a dosing cup (6) arranged in the base body underneath the vessel. The base body includes an operatable gate unit (14) which is arranged between an outlet of the vessel and an opening of the dosing cup. The gate unit releases a fluid connection between the vessel and the dosing cup in an opened condition, and blocks the fluid connection between the vessel and the dosing cup in a closed condition. The body, the vessel and the dosing cup are made of a polymer material i.e. thermoplastics, by injection molding.
