<p>The invention relates to a tide energy collecting flywheel for producing electric power. According to the invention, the flywheel comprises an enclosure consisting of two conical sections joined to one another, a vertical hollow shaft (21) of cylindrical cross-section about which a rotation motion takes place, on the external circumference there being provided some aerodynamic profiles (5 and 25) having the role of taking over the energy of some intermittent air jets, some partition walls (24) provided with some end orifices (23) and dividing the enclosure into several equal enclosures having the role of reinforcing the resistance structure, and a system for the control of a liquid mass (9) and rotation motion by means of an electrically-operated valve (7 and 15) and a tachometer (3).</p> |
