The system (SS) has a structure (ST) assembled on a floor pan and defining a first backrest (DS1) and a first base (AS1). The structure is housed at a retractable substructure (SST) in a sliding manner, where the retractable substructure defines a second backrest (DS2) in an extension of the first backrest. The substructure defines a second base (AS2) in an extension of the first base when the retractable substructure is extracted from the structure. The structure comprising three arms placed appreciably in horizontal planes respectively with sliding hollow bars (BC1-BC3).
