The device has a tank (2) including a compartment (3) to contain water and another compartment (4) to contain an additive e.g. alcohol. An extraction unit (9) extracts water in the former compartment and additive in the latter compartment to form a mixture of water and the additive. The extraction unit comprises a non-return system (20) that prevents the circulation of the mixture in direction of the tank. A sealing joint (8) assures the sealing of the junction between the tank and a tubular inlet (12). Pipes (18) extend within the compartments, respectively.
