摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the amount of pure water converted to steam for desorption by reducing the loss of raw material water when recovering organic compounds by adsorption and desorption by the steam. <P>SOLUTION: A first recovery line 11 includes a boiler 30 for generating the steam 29 from the pure water 39, an adsorbing/desorbing device 31 for performing adsorption and desorption of a solvent gas, which is a gaseous organic compound, a first condenser 37 for condensing desorption steam 36, a first fractional distillation device 41 for fractionating a first condensate 38 obtained in the first condenser 37, a membrane-separation activated sludge treatment apparatus 43 for purifying water 42, from which a solvent 13 is taken out by the first fractional distillation device 41, by activated sludge to obtain purified water 44, and a refiner 45 for refining the purified water 44 to obtain the pure water. The water 42 is purified in a biological reaction tank of the membrane separation activated sludge treatment apparatus 43 and separated from the activated sludge by a filter to obtain the purified water 44.
