PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an encoding device for compressing a plurality of component signals in a predetermined color space, and to provide a decoding device.

SOLUTION: This encoding device (10) includes: an encoding unit (101) to perform an encoding process to a first component signal out of a plurality of component signals in a predetermined color space to generate an encoded signal of the component signal; and a component signal estimation unit (102) to generate an estimation parameter for estimating a second component signal out of the plurality of component signals from the component signal obtained by decoding the encoded signal in accordance with a predetermined estimation model; wherein the plurality of component signals in the predetermined color space are compressed by the encoded signal and the estimation parameter.
