PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shear reinforcing structure of a concrete structure, which can enhance strength of the concrete structure itself and keep costs low. SOLUTION: This shear reinforcing structure of the concrete structure includes an annular groove portion 5 which is formed from one wall surface 3a of the concrete structure 4, and a reinforcing member 6 which is made of a deformed plate fitted into the groove portion 5. A filler 35 is infilled into the groove portion 5. In addition, the deformed plate of the reinforming member 6 is made of a cylindrical body 30, a cylindrical body with a slit, a cylindrical body with a hole, a plurality of semicircular cross-section bodies facing one another via a slit at both ends and a cylindrical mesh body, or the like.
