PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle controller performing operation support with an allowance until coping with even the existence of a plurality of objects to collide with. SOLUTION: In the vehicle controller 1, a support determination part 14 improves the level of the operation support of an obstacle A (first risk object) which is a risk object of a lower risk level and a shorter collision predictive time among risk objects to suppress a situation where an operator pays attention to only an obstacle B (second risk object) which is a risk object of a higher risk and a longer collision time. This realizes the operation support where the operator pays attention to each of the risk objects, so that the operator can have an allowance in coping with the risk objects.
