PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a waterproof structure and thinning with a structure of attaching a packing to a body side member fitting a battery lid, by solving a problem that, since a packing is attached to a battery lid, and a battery-holding spring is provided between the battery lid and the battery, in a conventional method, the battery gets thicker by a portion of the spring. SOLUTION: A printed wiring board 3 is arranged at a body side member 2, a battery housing part 4 is formed in penetration into the body side member 2, and a battery lid 5 is provided attached in free detachment to the battery housing part 4 on a face opposite to the printed wiring board 3 of the body side member 2. A circular elastic packing 10 for sealing a gap between the body side member 2 and the battery lid 5 is provided at a peripheral edge part of the battery housing part 4, a leaf spring 9 for an electrode facing the battery housing part 4 from a through-hole 3A for holding the battery 6 is attached to the printed wiring board 3, the packing 10 is pressed with the battery 6 housed in the battery housing part 4 and with the battery lid attached to the body side member 2, and at the same time, the battery 6 is in a state pressed and held by the leaf spring 9 for the electrode while in a state invading into the through-hole 3A.
