PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wireless communication system for ensuring satisfactory reception quality without depending on a position where a mobile station, namely a device at a reception side of a signal transmitted by multi-station simultaneous transmission, exists. SOLUTION: The wireless communication system includes a plurality of base stations 2-1 to 2-n for transmitting the same transmission data at the same frequency, and an integral controller 3 for instructing the base stations 2-1 to 2-n on transmission timing of the same transmission data. The base stations 2-1 to 2-n report an uplink signal reception result including at least reception level information of a signal to the integral controller 3, when receiving a signal transmitted by the mobile station 4. The integral controller 3 determines whether there is a base station requiring an adjustment of the transmission timing based on the uplink signal reception result in the base stations 2-1 to 2-n. When there is a base station requiring the adjustment, the integral controller 3 decides the amount of adjustment of the transmission timing instructed to the base station requiring the adjustment.
