PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency heating cooker equipped with a cooking dish for carrying out heating by varying a ratio of microwaves turning into an upper space and microwaves radiated on a lower space of a heating chamber partitioned by the cooking dish. SOLUTION: When a control part 26 radiates microwaves on the basis of information of a heating treatment received by an operating part 10d, impedance values of square holes 21a, 21b provided at lower sides of locking means 20a, 20b supporting the cooking dish 19 fitted in the heating chamber 2 are made varied by changing a rotation direction of rotating plates 25a, 25b as impedance varying means, and a volume of microwaves turning into an upper side of the cooking dish 19 through a gap between the cooking dish 19 and right and left side walls 3, 4, so that a ratio in which a heated object loaded on the cooking dish 19 is induction-heated by microwaves is varied.
