PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control device capable of performing high-accuracy temperature control by an inexpensive constitution. SOLUTION: The temperature control device 11 includes: a connection terminal 19 connected to a thermocouple for detecting the temperature of an object of temperature control; a temperature-sensitive element 21 for detecting the temperature of the connection terminal 19; a circuit board 17b to which the temperature-sensitive element 21 is mounted, and which compensates a measured temperature on the basis of a temperature input from the connection terminal 19 and the temperature detected by the temperature-sensitive element 21; a terminal block 24 to which the connection terminal 19 and a terminal metal fitting 20 as a contact part for bringing the connection terminal 19 into contact with the circuit board 17b are fitted; and a partitioning part 26 for separating a region where the temperature-sensitive element 21 is arranged from its outside region. In this case, the circuit board 17b is fixed to the terminal block 24 so as to maintain a connection state in the terminal metal fitting 20, and the separated state by the partitioning part 26.
