<p>A method and system for implementing data transmission and reception between Machine Type Communication (MTC) equipments and an MTC server are provided in the present invention. The method includes: transmitting and receiving data between an MTC equipment and an MTC server, and when judging that the load of current network is more than the preset load threshold in the MTC subscription information, stopping the data transmission and reception between the MTC equipment and the MTC server. In the process of access and/or transmission and reception data of an MTC equipment in the present invention, on one hand, the MTC equipment does not coordinately compete with other terminals when the load of the network is large, and thus the Quality of Service of the other terminals is enhanced; on the other hand, the Quality of Service of the MTC service is furthest ensured while the Time Tolerant Feature introduced by the MTC service is met.</p> |
