<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus having a user interface that presents available processing items for creating three-dimensional measurement processing sequence as is the case with a conventional two-dimensional image processing apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus, in which a plurality of two-dimensional image processing items and at least one three-dimensional measurement processing item are registered, sets up and executes a processing sequence using two images A0, A1 according to user selection of processing items. The two-dimensional image processing items contain a processing item for specifying a typical position of a region 71 with a high degree of matching with a preregistered model image for the image A0. The three-dimensional measurement processing items incorporated into a sequence including this processing item are designed to execute a processing to specify a typical position of a region 81 with a high degree of matching with the model image and a processing to perform three-dimensional measurement computation processing using the typical positions of respective regions 71, 81 for the image A1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
