<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy adjustment of an installation position of an imaging apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus 100 inputs a picked-up image from the imaging apparatus 8 installed in a carrying mechanism 6 which inspects a work 2 while carrying it. The imaging range of the imaging apparatus 8 can be changed by the installation position of the imaging apparatus 8. The image processing apparatus 100, in a registration mode, inputs the picked-up image of the work 2 when the imaging apparatus 8 is installed at the predefined installation position, carriers out predetermined processing, and captures the image after processing. In an adjustment mode, captures the picked-up image of the imaged work 2, superimposes this captured picked-up image, on the picked up image after predetermined processing and outputs them to a display 102, and outputs the displacement of the images. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
