<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus and the like in which, when a storage document is preserved together with an incomplete re-output condition with unintended power-off, the use of a storage document on which output processing to which the re-output condition is applied can not be performed, is prevented, thereby preventing the output of a document that a user does not intend. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus is configured to perform output processing of document data in accordance with an output processing condition and to perform storage processing on the document data together with the output processing condition. In the input/output configuration having an operational relationship between a plurality of outputs where a first output result operates on a document stored as a second output result and it is determined for the first output that recovery is not necessary, after power supply interception occurs during job execution, when activating a system, it is determined whether the stored document is sufficient as an output result and if it is determined that the stored document is not sufficient, the stored document is deleted or information missed in the stored document is complemented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
