<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a field communication system etc., which can reduce an engineering load related to the communication of radio field equipment. <P>SOLUTION: A connection permission means 32 permits the connection between the field equipment after checking equipment list 32a in which the field equipment is associated with equipment tag name added to the field equipment. An address issuance means 33 automatically issues a communication address of the field equipment, when the connection is permitted by the connection permission means 32.
