<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel guide information providing method and system that can collect various information and make various arrangements necessary for the disabled to travel easily. <P>SOLUTION: The travel guide information providing system includes a travel information database comprising storage means registering beforehand keywords for an intending traveler's desired destination, keywords for travel areas, and data on assistance services that can be provided in the travel areas, communication means with which an advisor can reserve transportation means necessary for travel to a determined destination and can reserve determined assistance services by reference to the travel information database, transportation means for transporting the traveler to the determined destination during travel, and assistance means for providing the traveler with the reserved assistance services after the traveler's arrival at the destination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
