PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus for performing well-balanced data distribution to a shelf label terminal and an advertising terminal.

SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus 30 is configured to perform data communication between a shelf label terminal 70 which displays the price of merchandise and an advertising terminal 80 which displays advertisements. The information processing apparatus 30 is provided with a data transmission means which alternately executes data transmission to the shelf label terminal 70 and data transmission to the advertising terminal 80 by using a time slot. Thus, it is possible to alternately perform well-balanced data distribution to the shelf label terminal 70 and the advertising terminal 80.
