<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device that provides white having superior color rendering properties. <P>SOLUTION: A first blue LED chip 10 and a second blue LED chip 20 differing in light emission peak wavelength, and a bluish green LED chip 30 emitting bluish green light are mounted near a center of a substrate 1. At an upper outer periphery of the substrate 1, a sealing portion 2 for sealing the respective LED chips is peripherally provided in a box shape. The inside of the sealing portion 2 is filled with light transmissive resin (for example, epoxy resin) containing a yellow phosphor and a red phosphor. The light transmissive resin covers and also seals the first blue LED chip 10, second blue LED chip 20, and bluish green LED chip 30 mounted on the substrate 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
