<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric circuit breaker capable of performing operations with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The electric circuit breaker 20 includes an operating member 21 to interconnect each of two terminals of an electric circuit 10 and a gunpowder type actuator 26. The operating member 21 has a through-hole 22 formed at one end, and a notch 23 at the other end of the same. The operating member 21 is connected to the terminals of the electric circuit 10 with the use of the through-hole 22 and the notch 23.
