<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationally manage a carried-in material and mill ends generated in cutting the material. <P>SOLUTION: When a material 1 is accepted, material to-be-cut information including material quality, plate thickness, manufacturing condition and plane shape and dimension is stored in a storage part, and an IC tag 10 in which material to-be-cut recognition information is written is attached to the material 1 to be stored. When the cutting of the material 1 is ended, and mill ends 2 and 3 are generated, the plane shape and dimension are input as well as the material quality, plate thickness and manufacturing condition of the material 1 for each of the mill ends 2 and 3, and stored as mill ends information, and mill ends recognition information is written in IC tags 10-2 and 10-3, and attached to each of the mill ends 2 and 3 to be stored in a mill ends storage area. The material to-be-cut recognition information written in the IC tags 10A to 10D attached to each material stored in the material storage area and the mill ends recognition information written in the IC tags 10-2 and 10-3 attached to each of the mill ends 2 and 3 stored in the mill ends storage area are read by a reader/writer 17, so that the management of the material 1 and the mill ends 2 and 3 is achieved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
