<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform the lead-in work of a branch cable by preventing the slip-in of a passing string, under an existing cable. <P>SOLUTION: A branch pipe joint 10 includes a saddle part 12 and a branch pipe part 14, and is used to branch the main pipe 20 of a cable protective pipe sideways. In the saddle part 12, an opening 16 for connecting the branch hole 38 of the main pipe 20 with the inside of the branch pipe 14 is created. This opening 16 extends obliquely to the tube axis of the main pipe 20. To draw in a branch cable 36a anew, passing strings 36a, 40 are pulled up to the level of the tube axis of the branch pipe 14 in such a way as to ride on the side edge 16a of the opening 16 by a pulling tension and is hauled while being separated upward from an existing cable 36b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
