PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar light collector capable of improving light collecting accuracy (an arrival factor of sunlight reflected by light collecting plates to a heat collecting tube) even if a space is provided between the heat collecting tube and the light collecting plates, and easy to be assembled. SOLUTION: The solar light collector heats a heat medium circulating in the heat collecting tube by concentrating the sunlight which enters in the vicinity of the heat collecting tube 7 to the heat collecting tube. The solar light collector includes a light collecting frame member 10 provided along the heat collecting tube, having a concave fitting part 11 at the center part, and having mounting surfaces 12 forming a both side bilaterally symmetrical and W-shaped compound paraboloid surface, the two light collecting plates 30 forming a compound parabolic curved shape, and a wedge-shaped connection member 20 fitted to the concave fitting part for holding inner end parts of both the light collecting plates between the inner end parts of the connection member 20 and the light collecting frame member. A light receiving surface of the wedge-shaped connection member is formed with a concavo-convex part 25 for decreasing a reflection angle with respect to an incidence angle of light which enters the light receiving surface.
