Disclosed is an information collection device capable of recognizing information input from a plurality of input devices in the correct order. An information input device (4) is equipped with a right-hand device and a left-hand device. Key information transmitted from the left-hand device is received in the information collection device (3) (S5). The information collection device (3) outputs the received key information to a PC (2) (S6). Key information is transmitted from the right-hand device, but does not reach the information collection device (3) due to communication delays. Key information transmitted from the left-hand device is received consecutively in the information collection device (3) (S7). The information collection device (3) stores the received key information. The key information transmitted from the right-hand device is received later in the information collection device (3) (S8). The information collection device (3) outputs the received key information to the PC (2) (S9), and proceeds to output the stored key information to the PC (2) (S10).
