A low-entropy turbine comprises at least one power shaft (1601) and at least one static shaft (1602) which are alternatively sleeved and matched. The low-entropy turbine is also provided with a power sealing casing (1603) and a static sealing casing (1604) which are alternatively sleeved and matched according to the mutual sleeving sequence of the power shaft (1601) and the static shaft (1602); the power shaft (1601) is connected with the power sealing casing (1603) in a sealing manner; the static shaft (1602) is connected with the static sealing casing (1604) in a sealing manner; the power sealing casing (1603) is provided with a power guide channel (1605); and the static sealing casing (1604) is provided with a static guide channel (1606). The low-entropy turbine solves the problem that the working medium of the turbine is leaked and makes the high efficiency of a small-sized turbine possible.
