<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a method for increasing soluble collagen by reorganizing crosslinking of collagen to solve a problem of hardening of collagen, which is regarded to be a phenomenon of aging of humans and livestock. <P>SOLUTION: Slop and unrefined liquor of distilled liquor made from sweet potatoes derived from a manufacturing step for the distilled liquor are administered to humans or added to feed of livestock to increase the ratio of soluble collagen to total collagen.
