<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrangement and a method for retrofitting a wind turbine easily, in a short time, and inexpensively. <P>SOLUTION: The arrangement is for retrofitting a wind turbine, and includes: a blade formed to be connected with a hub of the wind turbine; and an extension unit designed and formed to elongate the blade. The extension unit is connected with a tip of the blade by pressure, which is applied to between the tip of the blade and the extension unit.
