PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeding device in a simple construction which attains stable feed speed, and prevents meandering of a feed medium. SOLUTION: The feeder 1 includes a pair of rollers and a guide member 13. At least one of the pair of rollers has a tapered shape. At least one of the pair of rollers is energized toward the other roller. Further, when the pair of rollers hold therebetween a seal mount 106, the separation distance between the outer peripheral surfaces of the two rollers becomes constant in the axial direction of the rollers. The pair of rollers are formed so that friction occurs between the outer peripheral surfaces of the individual rollers and the seal pasteboard 106. When the seal pasteboard 106 held between the pair of rollers is fed while being moved in a width direction, with respect to the pair of rollers, a guide member 13 is disposed on the side to which the seal pasteboard 106 is moved, and an end portion of the seal pasteboard 106 is brought into contact therewith.
