PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for the continuous manufacture of a resin laminate which can efficiently and continuously manufacture the resin laminate which is high in adhesion of a functional layer, suppressed in layer peeling, superior in appearance and has good optical characteristics, especially a resin laminate which has a hard coat layer as the functional layer and is excellent in scratch resistance in a short time. SOLUTION: A light transmitting resin sheet with the functional layer formed is used in at least one of a lower part support sheet and an upper part support sheet moving in the same direction and at the same speed. The light transmitting resin sheet is arranged to make the functional layer side inside. While a photopolymerizable monomer mixture is supplied on the lower part support sheet, the upper part support sheet is laminated on the photopolymerizable mixture. After the photopolymerizable monomer mixture is polymerized/cured by being irradiated with active rays through the light transmitting resin sheet and integrated with the functional layer, the lower part support sheet and the upper part support sheet are peeled off to form the resin laminate.
