Disclosed is a blood purification device capable of preventing excess concentration in blood circulating extracorporeally during online HDF or online HF prior to fluid replacement. The blood purification device is equipped with a dialyzer (1), an arterial side blood circuit (2) in which a blood pump (4) has been disposed, a venous side blood circuit (3), a dialysis fluid introduction line (L1) that introduces a dialysis fluid to the dialyzer (1), a dialysis fluid discharge line (L2) that discharges the dialysis fluid from the dialyzer (1), a fluid replacement line (L3), and a fluid replacement pump (9) that supplies the dialysis fluid flowing in the fluid replacement line (L3) to the arterial side blood circuit (2), wherein a control means (11) is provided that is capable of estimating or measuring the concentration of blood in a dilution channel section (A) on the arterial side blood circuit (2) that comprises the fluid channel spanning from the connection site of the fluid replacement line (L3) to the dialyzer (1), and that controls the volume of dialysis fluid supplied by the fluid replacement pump (9) on the basis of said estimated or measured blood concentration. |
